Steve Biaggi - Player
Southern District - Lee County

Steve started shuffling in 1992. He started playing at the downtown Fort Myers courts and was instrumental in the design of the North Fort Myers courts in 2000. Steve became a Pro in 1996. He has played in several Southern District Masters. Steve was inducted into the Southern District Hall of Fame as a Player in 2007. He was inducted for a Special Award in 2011. Steve created the Lee County SC Membership Walkway. He created the Southern District Hall of Fame Walkway. Steve was Lee County CSC Vice President for 7 years. He has been the Southern District State Delegate and is currently the Alternate State Delegate.
Marietta Cobb - Player
Southern District - Lee County

Marietta started shuffling in 1986. She became a Pro in 1990. Marietta played in 66 pro state tournaments that she received points in and all but 9 were in the Southern District. She won the 1996 and 2001 Southern District Masters. Marietta was inducted into the Southern District Hall of Fame in 2002. She has 1 bronze FSA Roll of Champions pin. Marietta was on the Southern District Board as a Director for 2 years. She assisted with selling lunches and food items at the Fort Myers and LCSC tournaments. Marietta is a great asset to Lee County SC.
Alice Enos - Player

Allie started shuffling around 1999. She became a Pro in 2012. Allie won the Southern District Masters as a District Amateur and as a State Amateur. She played in 2 Southern District Pro Masters. Allie won the FSA Tournament of Champions in 2015. She has played in 3 FSA Pro Masters. Allie has 1 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze FSA Roll of Champions pins. She won the 2010 NSA Amateur Singles. Allie won the NSA Pro Ladies Doubles in 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019 and the 2015 NSA Mixed Doubles. She is ranked 11th in NSA Lifetime points. Allie has played in 2 ISA Singles Tournaments winning the "golden cue" in 2015. She has played in 2 ISA Team Tournaments winning the 1st place gold medal in 2016. Allie was inducted into the ISA Hall of Fame as a Player in 2019. She was the Sunny Grove Park Shuffleboard Club President from 2002-2009. Allie was the Estero Shuffleboard League President for 1 year. She is the current FSA National Delegate and SE Regional Director since 2018.
Marilyn Everett - Player
Southwest Coast District - Paradise Bay

Marilyn started shuffling in 2000. She became a Pro in 2002. Marilyn played in the 2001 Southwest Coast District Amateur Masters and won. She played in 14 Southwest Coast District Pro Masters and won 5. Marilyn won the FSA Tournament of Champions in 2002. She won the NSA Ladies Singles in 2009. Marilyn has 2 silver FSA Roll of Champions pins. She was inducted into the Southwest Coast District Hall of Fame in 2016 as a Player and Contributor. Marilyn was the Paradise Bay Secretary from 2000-2003 and the Vice President from 2007-2008. She has trained shufflers at her club from 2006-present. Marilyn has been a Referee Training Course Conductor from 2006-present.
Larry Mardis - Player
Southwest Coast District - Bradenton

Larry started shuffling in 2001. He became a Pro in 2003. Larry won the Ohio State Men's Doubles in 2008, 2009 and 2010. He won 1 Southwest Coast District Masters. Larry won the 2013 FSA Pro Masters. He has 1 gold, 3 silver and 4 bronze FSA Roll of Champions pins. Larry won NSA 2002 Amateur Mixed Doubles and the 2003 Amateur Singles Tournament. He won a NSA Pro Walking Singles Tournament, the 2010 Mixed Doubles and the 2010, 2013 and 2019 Men's Doubles. Larry was inducted into the Ohio Hall of Fame in 2014 as a Player.
Dean Myklejord - Player
Central District - Lakeland

Dean started shuffling in 2011. He became a Pro in 2013. Dean won 2 Central District Masters. He won the FSA Tournament of Champions in 2015. Dean won the 2018 State Sponsored Men's Doubles. He has played in 3 FSA Pro Masters coming in 2nd in 2019. Dean has 3 gold and 2 silver FSA Roll of Champions pins. He won the NSA Men's Doubles Tournament in 2018. Dean was inducted into the Central District Hall of Fame in 2017 as a Player. He was the Lakeland Shuffleboard Club President from 2013-2017 and currently since 2019.
Michael Seyfer - Player

Mike started shuffling in 2010. He became an instant Pro that same year. Mike has played in 4 Central District Masters. He won the FSA Tournament of Champions in 2013, 2014 and 2019. Mike won the 2018 State Sponsored Men's Doubles. He has played in 4 FSA Pro Masters. Mike has 3 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze FSA Roll of Champions pins. He won the NSA Men's Doubles in 2016. Mike was inducted into the Central District Hall of Fame in 2017 as a Player. He has been the Central District Treasurer from 2012-present.
John Brown - Special Award
Southwest Coast District - Bradenton
John started shuffling in 1946 and became a Pro in 1996. He won the Ohio State Doubles in 1998, 2008, 2009 and 2010. John won the Can-Am CNSA Doubles twice. He won the FSA Tournament of Champions in 2006 and 2007. John won the State Sponsored Men's Singles in 2002. He has played in 3 FSA Pro Masters. John has 4 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze FSA Roll of Champions pins. He won the NSA Amateur Singles in 1996 and the Pro Doubles in 2003 and 2004. John played 8 times in ISA Team Tournaments and his USA Team won 3 times. He has assisted with inaugural tournaments in Brazil, Ireland and Denmark. John has shuffled on 5 continents. He received a MVP pin in 2013. John was inducted into the SWCD Hall of Fame - Player in 2017, the FSA HoF - Player in 2007, the NSA HoF - Player in 2010 and the ISA HoF in 2017. He was given the ISA Spirit Award in 2008 in Australia. John previously was the Trailer Estates Shuffleboard Club President and the Southwest Coast District President for 2 years. He is the current Southwest Coast District State Delegate and has been the NE Regional Director for 10 years. John has published shuffleboard articles for the Bradenton Herald since 1994. He has taught 1561 students how to shuffle.
Larry Brown - Special Award
Central District - Sebring

Larry started shuffling in 1992. He became a Pro in 2000. Larry was inducted into the Central District Hall of Fame in 2008 as President, receiving the first Central District Hall of Fame red jacket. In 2010, he was inducted as a Player. Larry was on the Central District Executive Board from 2000-2008 with the last 2 years being President. He is the current Central District State Delegate. Larry is the Central District Hall of Fame Creator and the Central District HoF Classic Co-Creator. He is the FSA Hall of Fame Curator.

Dwayne became a Pro in 2005. He has played in 8 Southwest Coast District Pro Masters. Dwayne won the 2017 FSA Non-Walking Tournament of Champions. He played in the State Masters in 2021. Dwayne won the National Doubles 2 times and the National Singles Walking and Non-Walking. He played on 4 USA-NSA teams. Dwayne won a bronze medal in the 2018 ISA Championship. He has 1 gold, 1 silver and 3 bronze FSA Roll of Champions pins and a National gold pin. Dwayne was inducted in the Southwest Coast District Hall of Fame - Player in 2019. He was inducted in the Michigan Hall of Fame as a Player and Special Award in 2018. Dwayne was the Southwest Coast District 3rd Vice President from 2005-2006.

eve won the West Coast District Amateur Masters in 2010. He became a Pro in 2012. Steve won the 2018 and 2020 FSA N/W Tournament of Champions. He was an alternate in the 2018 FSA Pro Masters. Steve won the 2014 NSA Doubles. He has 5 silver FSA Roll of Champions pins and a National gold pin. Steve played in the 2013 ISA Championship and placed 4th. He was inducted in the West Coast District Hall of Fame - Player in 2017 and in 2020. In 2020, Steve was the first West Coast District player to reach 400 points. He was Clearwater SBC's Vice President from 2012-2013 and a Director from 2013-2014. Steve served as West Coast District Vice President in 2012, President from 2013-2016 and the Alternate Delegate from 2017-2018. He has been the current West Coast District President since 2019.
Flo Kowalewski - Player
Southwest Coast District - Bradenton
Flo played in the Southwest Coast District Amateur Masters in 2009 and won the 2010 State Amateur Doubles. She became a Pro in 2010. Flo played in the Southwest Coast District Pro Masters in 2012 and won in 2013. She won the 2019 State Doubles. Flo played in the 2019 State Masters and qualified for the 2020 one that was cancelled due to Covid-19. She won the 2016 National Singles and 2019 National Doubles. Flo has 2 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze FSA Roll of Champions pins and a National gold pin. She was the Southwest Coast District Secretary for 6 years.
Joyce Smith - Player
Southern District - Lee County
Joyce became a Pro in 2011. She played in the State Pro Masters in 2017 and 2019 and was alternate in 2018. Joyce won 4 National Championships. She played for the USA in 7 ISA Championships and attended an Inaugural in England. In the 2016 ISA Championship, Joyce played on the USA East Team that won 1st place. She has 1 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze FSA Roll of Champions pins and a National gold pin. Joyce was inducted in the NSA Hall of Fame in 2021 - Special Award and is currently being considered for the NSA HoF - Player for 2022 (ranked 9th in lifetime points). She was inducted in the ISA Hall of Fame in 2017. Joyce was on the Southern District Board for 9 years as Vice Presidents. She was the ISA Secretary for 5 years and the National SE Regional Director for 2 years. Joyce was the FSA Board Treasurer for 2 years and is currently the 2nd Vice President. Joyce has been the USA NSA Treasurer for 5 years.
Debbie Norton - Player
Southern District - Lee County
Debbie won the Southern District Amateur Masters 3 times. She won the 2014 State Amateur Singles. Debbie became a Pro in 2015. She won the Southern District Pro Masters in 2017 and 2021. Debbie qualified for 4 State Masters and played in 3. She has 4 gold and 1 bronze FSA Roll of Champions pins. Debbie was inducted in the Southern District Hall of Fame - Player in 2020. She is currently the SD 3rd Vice President.
Roy Babcock - Player
Southern District - Lee County
Roy became a Pro in 2000. He qualified to play in the Southern District Pro Masters 13 years. Roy won the 2012 National Singles. He has represented Canada in 6 ISA Championships. In 2014, Roy was a member of Team Canada that won first place in Midland, Ontario. He has 3 silver and 1 bronze FSA Roll of Champions pins and a National gold pin.   Roy was inducted in the Southern District Hall of Fame - Player in 2014. He was inducted in the Ontario Shuffleboard Hall of Fame - Player in 2017.  Roy was the CNSA 2nd Vice President for 4 years.
Mike Marqis - Player

Mike became a Pro in 2012. He has 3 silver and 2 bronze FSA Roll of Champions pins. He was inducted in the Southwest Coast District Hall of Fame in 2017 for President and in 2021 for Contributor and Player. Mike was Colony Cove President, Southwest Coast District President and is currently Bradenton SBC Vice President.
David Kudro - President
Southwest Coast District - Bradenton
Dave became an Instant Pro in 2010. He became the FSA 3rd Vice President in 2013 and worked his way up to President. Dave is the current Past President after serving part of Landy Adkins' term and 3 years of his term that ended in March, 2021. He handled many difficult situations during his tenure, including Covid-19. Dave was instrumental in obtaining interest from the MWM Entertainment Company to produce a shuffleboard documentary for TV. Filming started in May, 2021. Dave's shuffling history includes playing in the Southwest Coast District Pro Masters for 4 years and won it in 2015. He won the 2014 and 2017 FSA State Doubles. Dave won the 2014 Tournament of Champions - Walking. He won the 2013, 2015, 2019 and the 2020 National Doubles and the 2021 Walking Singles. Dave has played in 6 State Pro Masters. He has 6 gold and 3 silver Roll of Champions pins and a National gold pin. In 2020, he placed first in the Men's Roll of Champions and qualified for the State Masters that was canceled due to Covid-19. Dave was inducted in the FSA Hall of Fame - Player in 2018.
Jeannie Andrews - Executive
Central East Coast District - Vero Beach

Jeannie became a Pro in 2007. She served as President and several other capacities at the Spanish Lakes Fairways SBC. Jeannie was Treasurer and Event Coordinator of the Vero Beach SBC. She served as the USA- NSA SE States Regional Director from 2011-2014. Jeannie was the FSA Board Treasurer from 2011 through 2019. Jeannie's shuffling history includes winning the 2008 FSA State Non-Walking Singles Championship. She qualified for 8 Pro Masters and played in 7. Jeannie won the 2010 and co-won the 2011 State Pro Masters. She played for the USA in 3 ISA Championships. In the 2016 ISA Championship, Jeannie played on the USA East Team that won 1st place. She has 7 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze Roll of Champions pins and a National gold pin. Jeannie was inducted in the FSA Hall of Fame - Player in 2013. She received an "MVP" (Most Valuable Person) pin in 2013 celebrating 100 Years of Shuffleboard in Florida.

Rosaire Cote - Player
Southwest Coast District - Bradenton
Rosaire won the 2009 CAN-AM Tournament as an amateur. He became a Pro in 2010 and has placed first in 11 times and has placed second 12 times FSA Open Tournaments since then. He won the 2015 Florida State Non-Walking Singles and came in 2nd in 2013. He has placed 2nd three times in our State Doubles. He was an alternate in the 2021 State Masters receiving a white jacket. Rosaire won the NSA Singles in 2020 receiving a NSA gold pin. He won 1st place in the ISA Team Championship in St. Cloud in 2016, receiving an ISA pin and gold medal.He was 2nd in the 2015 Singles. Rosaire has 5 silver and 2 bronze FSA Roll of Champions pins. He was inducted in the West Coast District Hall of Fame in 2017. Rosaire was the Captain of the Blue Sky Shuffleboard League for 5 seasons.
Doris Hanke - Promoter
Northern District - Hawthorne
Doris became a Pro in 1995. She won 7 gold and 6 silver medals in the Florida Senior Games. Doris played in the East/West Shuffleboard Games in Texas. She played many years in the Northern District Masters. Doris has 122 Lifetime Points and is in 37th place in the NSA. She has played in 11 International Tournaments. Doris placed 1st in the 2022 and 2016 ISA Championships in Canada and St. Cloud receiving ISA pins and gold medals. She was in charge of the Shuffleboard Visitation Tournaments in Southern Palms in Eustis for 12 years.Doris was the VP for 4 years and the President for 2 years at the Hawthorne at Leesburg Shuffleboard Club. She has been a Tournament Director for 18 years.
Martha (Marti) Noble - Executive
Central District - Sebring
Marti won the 2015 Amateur Ladies Singles and Pro Ladies Singles in Michigan. She became a Pro in 2015. Marti was eligible to play in the 2020 State Masters that was cancelled but played in the 2022 Masters and received a white jacket. She won the 2015 NSA Mixed Doubles and received a NSA gold pin. Marti placed 2nd in the 2022 ISA Team Championship in Canada receiving a silver medal. She has 2 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze FSA Roll of Champions pins. Marti is a Sebring Shuffleboard Club member. She was 3rd VP, 2nd VP, and 1st VP on the Central District Board and was the first amateur to ever be elected to the Board. Marti is the current 1st Vice President of the FSA Board.
Ken Offenther - Promoter
Southeast Coast District - Park City
Ken became a Pro in 1992. He won the 2008 Ohio State Singles Championship. Ken won the SEC Masters 6 times and is #2 on the Lifetime Points List. He has won 35 FSA Open Tournaments since becoming a Pro. Ken is #20 on the Lifetime Points List. He has played in 7 State Masters and was alternate in 2 receiving a white jacket. Ken won the 2008 NSA Singles and Doubles and the 2020 Doubles and received a NSA gold pin. He won the 2013 ISA Singles Championship in St. Petersburg and received a ISA pin, medal and golden cue. Ken placed 2nd in the 2009 ISA Championship in Betmar and played in 2 additional ISA tournaments. He has 5 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze FSA Roll of Champions pins. Ken was a member of the 100th Anniversary of Shuffleboard in Florida Committee in 2013. He received a plaque and a MVP pin for his service. Ken is a 2003 SEC Player and Service Hall of Fame inductee. He was inducted in the FSA Hall of Fame in 2014 as a Player. Ken is the Park City Shuffleboard Club President. He is a SEC tournament director, shuffleboard instructor, sponsor of district and state tournaments and was host of 2 FSA Hall of Fame Banquets. Ken has been the SEC State Delegate for 25+ years.

  Dotty Koert - Player
Central East Coast District - Spanish Lakes One
Dotty started shuffling in 2012 and became a Pro in 2015. She has won several Central East Coast Masters tournaments and has played in the 2021 and 2022 FSA Masters.  Dotty has four Roll of Champions pins and has won both singles and doubles National tournaments. Dotty has played in two Interprovincial tournaments, winning one, and two International tournaments. She is a member of the Central East Coast District Hall of Fame.
Pauline Murphy - Player
Central District - Zephyrhills
Pauline began shuffling in 2014 and became an instant Pro in 2017. Pauline won her District's Pro Masters tournament in 2018, 2021 and 2022. She also won the FSA President's Trophy in 2020 and 2021. She has won five Roll of Champion pins and has qualified for the FSA State Masters tournament in five of her 6 years as a Pro. Pauline has won 3 National doubles titles and was inducted into the Central District Hall of Fame in 2021.
Marti Noble - Player
Central District - Sebring
Marti became a Pro in 2015. That same year she won both the Amateur Ladies Singles and Pro Ladies Singles tournaments in Michigan. Marti has played in two FSA Masters tournaments and was eligible to play in a third tournament that was cancelled due to COVID. She has earned 5 FSA Roll of Champions pins and won the 2015 National Mixed Doubles event. Marti has participated in two International tournaments. Marti has served on the Central District Board and is currently the 1st Vice President of the Florida Shuffleboard Association. She was previously inducted into the FSA Hall of Fame on the Executive category in 2023.
Don Rood - Player
Central District - Sebring
Don became a Michigan Pro in 1967 and a Florida Pro in 2006. he has played in 14 Central District Masters events and in the 2022 FSA Masters. He has earned 2 Roll of Champions pins. He has served in many capacities over many years on the Central District board. Don has been twice inducted into the Central District Hall of Fame - 2012 as a player and 2017 as President.
Larry Taylor - Player
Southwest Coast District - Golf Lakes
Larry became a Pro in 2005. He won his District Amateur Masters in 2003 and played in the 2010 FSA Masters. Larry has earned 4 Roll of Champions pins and won the 2010 National Doubles trophy. Larry was induced into the Southwest Coast District Hall of Fame in 2017.
Tom Winkelspecht - Player
Central East Coast - Wickham Park
Tom became a Pro in 2014. He won the 2022 Central East Coast District Masters and the 2018 and 2022 Florida State Non-Walking Singles. Tom has five Roll of Champions pins and has played in three FSA Masters - 2021, 2022, and 2023. Tom won the National Doubles title in 2018 and was inducted into the Central East Coast Didtrict Hall of Fame in 2022. Tom has served as both Vice President and President of his district.
Bob Hovatter - President
Central East Coast - Lakes of Melbourne
Bob is a retired coal miner who became a Florida Pro in 2012. He has earned two Roll of Champions and earned his gold National pin in 2020 after winning the 2020 National Doubles. Bob has been the Vice President and President of the Central East Coast and has served as the Florida Shuffleboard Association President for the past three years.
Joyce Smith - Special Award (Executive)
Southern District - Lee County
Joyce was on the Southern District board for nine years, FSA Treasurer for two years, FSA 2nd Vice President for 2 years, USA NSA Treasurer for seven years, National Southeast Regional Director for two years, and the International Secretary for five years. Along the way, she became a Pro in 2011, played in the FSA Masters in 2017 and 2019, won many National championships, played in seven International Championships, earned seven Roll of Champions pins, was inducted in to the FSA Hall of Fame as a player in 2022, the ISA Hall of Fame in 2018, and the National HOF in 2021.
